Hope you were able to resolve your issues outside of ditching ASUS. I knew they were bad but I thought it was just people not knowing what they were buying…. Majority of the reviews I’ve read are absolutely horrible. Ignorance on my part was the real issue and I hope the same can be said about the g14.īut then again I’m not so sure. Have had very few issues with them in the past. Funny enough ASUS is one of my favorite manufacturers for desktop gpu’s and motherboards. ![]() The nuclear option just didn’t work this time… first time I will ever be RMA’ing a piece of computer hardware. I’m convinced after HOURS of trying everything I’ve ever learned through years that it’s a hardware issue or something weird and proprietary to asus that I cannot find anywhere to download. Even a full fresh windows install results in the same conclusion everytime. However the blue screen of death has been plaguing me for days out of the no where. I bought the 2022 g14 for a light gaming machine when I’m away from home, been an avid builder of pc’s for years. I know this post over a year old… I’m rather computer savvy on a consumer level. I would appreciate any help or info that can be provided! I understand this may be a duplicate post but I really tried to find answers, most were just too in depth without enough context for me to understand. The laptop was manufactured August 2020 and I picked it up on a black Friday deal in November. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your computer to check the blue screen will appear or not. Right-click on the program and click Uninstall. Set Control Panel view by Category and click Uninstall a program. ![]() I'm really hoping that someone can give a step by step on what to do to fix this issue. Press the Windows logo key + Pause key together. It's coming to the point where it's almost unusable. Fun part is I don't know what the last software was and I wouldn't know where to begin with uninstalling it. I've seen multiple different error codes and when checking on the windows site it says to uninstall the last software that was installed. i still get the Blue screen each time i play this ducking poo game which happens to be my most favorite game ever i am so frustrated about it, that i dont even want to start it anymore i start to think that those devs dont want to fix the problem. ![]() Unfortunately the computer crashes probably 5-6 times per night with a blue screen. I bring it to work and do some internet creeping through the chrome extension (preferred extension) as well. I got this computer on a recommendation for some light gaming (LoL, the witcher, etc) as well as some minor photo editing (Lightroom). I've tried looking up previous posts about this issue but all the explanations and fixes seem to be rather in depth with a working knowledge of the computer parts.
